You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the mistake was ours (wrong or faulty item received, etc.).
You will usually get your refund within four weeks of returning your package, but sometimes it may come sooner. This time period includes three steps.
The first step is how long it takes for us to get your return, which is 5 to 10 business days. The second step is processing your return, which takes 3 to 5 business days. The final step is for your bank to give you the refund, which takes 5 to 10 business days.
To return an item, first log in to your account. Then, go to "Complete Orders" in the My Account menu. Finally, click on the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
